Description

CDA270 Yellow Brass is a copper-zinc alloy with a nominal composition of 65% copper and 35% zinc. It is listed as US EPA registered antimicrobial in the supplied data sheet and is suited to applications that require drawing, bending, forming, stamping, and general fabrication.

This alloy offers excellent soldering and brazing suitability, good oxyacetylene welding and butt welding performance, and strong cold working capacity. It is commonly used across architectural, automotive, builders hardware, electrical, fastener, industrial, marine, and plumbing applications.
